Solve Font Configuration Errors in EmEditor’s Dialog Boxes for Enhanced Editing Experience

  Emed64_18.0.7 Win7 64bit, Customize dialog box font is ok.
  But, Emed64_18.0.8 Customize dialog box font looks strange, it does not match the dialog box title font.
  And the line spacing is smaller than 18.0.7.

  But I might find a solution between these two.
